BuenoBee Terms of Use
Last Updated: March 2025
1. Welcome to BuenoBee
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BuenoBee LLC website and services. By browsing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Product Quality & Natural Characteristics
BuenoBee produces 100% pure, unfiltered raw honey straight from our hives in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Because our honey is completely unpasteurized and unprocessed, natural variations in color, consistency, floral aroma, and crystallization may occur. Crystallization is a natural characteristic of high-quality raw honey and not an indication of spoilage.
3. Infant Safety Warning
In accordance with pediatric health standards, raw honey should not be fed to infants under one year of age.
4. Orders, Shipping & Delivery
We hand-pack and dispatch all orders from Puerto Rico using eco-friendly protective packaging. While we make every effort to deliver your order swiftly, delivery times can vary depending on courier transit and island weather conditions. If an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
The BuenoBee brand, logos, honeycomb emblems, photography, text, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of BuenoBee LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or use is strictly prohibited.
6. Modifications to Terms
BuenoBee LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
